I want to thank you for this website. In the end of november, I sprained my ankle and my doctor said that there is an avulsion fracture in my ankle(ATFL). I had really hard times after this incident. When I was looking for how to heal fast, I saw your website. I tried to do as much as different exercises that you showed.
